GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) - The man arrested in connection to an arson fire at a Fox Valley Planned Parenthood clinic Sunday wants to plead guilty.
On Wednesday, 50-year-old Francis Grady made his initial appearance in federal court in Green Bay.
Grady told the judge that he wanted to plead guilty to the April 1st blaze. He also asked the judge if he know, "how many babies were being killed at the clinic."
According to the criminal complaint, Grady broke a window at the Grand Chute facility with a hammer, then poured gasoline inside, lighting the room on fire.
Following his arrest, Grady allegedly told officers, "I lit up the clinic."
The federal judge set a preliminary hearing for April 19. Meantime, Grady is being held in the Outagamie County Jail.
