It's not uncommon for celebrities to start dating fellow celebrities, especially when they work together on an upcoming film. The long hours, the late nights, the romantic scenes together -- it's totally understandable. Everyone wants to see the beautiful people who hook up on screen hook-up in real life (art imitates life after all), but some stars seem to think it's a mandatory requirement to date your co-workers. This past weekend, Ryan Gosling was seen getting very cozy with his colleague, Eva Mendes, in Disneyland. Check out the photo proof below:

As you can see, the pair spent the day holding hands, kissing, and basically have a blast with each other. An observer commented, ""They were very playful. Eva was skipping around like a little girl...She would lean into him and she held his arm the entire time."" The two were seen riding the Toy Story ride, the California Screamin' rollercoaster, a Little Mermaid adventure and the ferris wheel, while snacking on churros, cotton candy and corn on the cob. The two stars are currently filming The Place Beyond the Pines together, but a source confides that they ""have been friends for a long time."" The insider goes on to add, ""There's always been this strong chemistry between them...this was just a matter of time!"" And it seems like the pair isn't wasting any time in trying to get to know each other even more, which apparently is something Mendes has hoped for. The source continues to dish details, saying, ""It hasn't been a secret how excited Eva's been to film with him, and she's always joked with us about how gorgeous he is. She's never been shy about having the hots for him!"" Well it looks like all her dreams are coming true. No wonder Disneyland is called the most magical place on earth.

This isn't the first time Gosling has attempted to date a co-worker though. He has previously dated former fiancee Rachel McAdams (co-star in The Notebook), plus Sandra Bullock (co-star in Murder By Numbers) and Kirsten Dunst (co-star in All Good Things). Anyone else seeing a pattern here? The hunky celeb seems to like bringing his work home with him -- literally, but is it a smart idea? It hasn't seemed to work out for him in the past, but will this time be different?
