Twi-hards worldwide are eagerly awaiting the release of Breaking Dawn, Part 1. Let's face it, the anticipated sex scenes between real life couple Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson are enough to make this a must-see film. But fans of the franchise will be discouraged to know that while filming the racy scenes, producers found the content a little too adult and decided to tone it down it into a more PG version (I know, I was disappointed too).

In an interview for the December issue of Glamour UK, Kristen clarifies what happened, stating, ""We originally got rated R. They re-cut it."" And while some fans (me) will throw a fit about how the watered-down version is the one that will hit theaters, Kristen admits that given Twilight's younger fan base, it's for the best. The actress explains, ""[The ratings board] knows who our audience is, and can be like, 'Hmmm guys, just cool it a little.' It's funny because in the book, you don't see anything. It's everyone's imagination, so it's entirely subjective. I hope it's good!"" Well anything is better than nothing at all and any scene containing a shirtless RPatz is bound to get major praise.

Never acting in such an intimate scene before, Kristen confesses that the headboard-breaking, pillow-biting honeymoon romp was an entirely new experience for her. She says, ""There are two big sex scenes in the two [final] films, and we did them fairly early. It was so weird."" Leave it to her to call intimate scenes with hot boyfriend ""weird."" Kristen also goes on to admit, ""It didn't even feel like we were doing a scene within a Twilight film. I was like, 'Bella! What are you doing? Wow! What is happening here?!' It was very surreal."" That's understandable since she basically got to live out every girl's fantasy (and was paid for doing it)! Geez, I think I'm in the wrong line of work.
