NEW LONDON, Wis. (WSAU) - The State Patrol has identified two people in a fatal crash Wednesday near New London that killed one person.

The Patrol said 24-year-old Jessica West of Neenah died from injuries in the accident. 38-year-old Jay Hintzke of New London was treated and released for his injuries.

Both were wearing their seat belts.

The two crashed into each other on Highway 45 a mile north of Brehmer Road just before 3 p.m. Crash reconstructionists are helping investigate what caused the accident.
