GRENN BAY, WI (WTAQ) Northeast Wisconsin was hit the hardest by the season’s first major snowstorm. Antigo had the most – 14 inches – and Starks in Oneida County had 11 inches by mid-afternoon yesterday. Shawano County authorities said about four-thousand homes lost their power in the Wittenberg-Birnamwood area, as the heavy snow took down numerous electric lines.
