UNDATED (WSAU) It was a year ago yesterday that a 13-ton concrete panel fell off a downtown Milwaukee garage and killed the Greenfield teenager. That garage is scheduled to reopen in time for next week's annual Summerfest.

Jared Kellner was walking to Summerfest when he was killed. Two others walking with him were injured. Several news releases have indicated the O'Donnell Park garage will open Tuesday, but a county public works official says that would depend on the approval of city inspectors and wrapping up work on the $5-million renovation project.
