SHEBOYGAN FALLS, WI (WTAQ) - Wisconsin building products maker Richco Structures agrees to pay $22,500 to settle a sexual discrimination lawsuit.

Former Richco employee Morgan Brocker had claimed she was sexually harassed at a company Christimas party in 2005. She was fired after supervisors allegedly reported her complaint to company management.

Part of the settlement includes managers and supervisors at Richco taking training classes.

The parent company, Richardson Industries, says it denies the allegations of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, but it settled the matter to avoid costly legal actions.
