HOWARD, Wis. (WTAQ) - A fire at Sanimax Corporation has been extinguished, according to the Howard Fire Department.

The fire broke out early Tuesday at the business located at 2099 Shawano Ave. 

Authorities say product in a material transport system, spanning several floors was on fire. Workers inside were able to evacuate the area.

Authorities say the fire was accidental and appears to be mechanical in nature.  Damage is estimated at $15,000.
