PULASKI, WI (WTAQ) - It's been almost a month since a fire damaged five buildings in downtown Pulaski -- and officials have still not determined the cause.
The state Justice Department and the Brown County Arson Task Force have conducted the investigation.
Pulaski Tri-County Fire Chief Randy Wachlacz said Wednesday he's still waiting for the results. He said the probe was apparently slowed down by the size and scope of the fire.
Two buildings were destroyed and 3 others were damaged, and almost a dozen apartment dwellers were displaced.
Officials said the blaze appeared to start in the Wood Lanes bowling center. It burned for more than 10 hours on December 2nd.
