Shields came under fire in April (10) for staging a gory shoot with Lohan, who also stripped down to her bra and stockings, and cavorted in a blood-soaked room for his new book, The Dirty Side of Glamor.

But Cavallari has brushed off criticism of her own saucy snaps, telling TMZ.com the pair took the pictures ""just for fun"".
