(Gibson, MI - WHTC News) - A three-day “Rock the Felt” music festival to benefit the renovation of the Felt Mansion in Laketown Township begins this evening at Shore Acres Park. While stalwarts Burton Cummings and Randy Bachman are no longer associated with the Guess Who, their replacements have made the band sound better than ever, according to original drummer Garry Peterson.
Proceeds will benefit the Friends of the Felt Estate, which helps continue restoring the 17 thousand square-foot mansion and its surrounding acreage. Tickets are 35 and 20 dollars tonight and tomorrow; 10 dollars on Sunday; parking is 10 dollars throughout.
