MILWAUKEE, Wis. (WTAQ) - Two Milwaukee men are charged with the beating death of their roommate.
21-year-old Demetrius Borland is charged with first-degree intentional homicide in the slaying of 43-year-old Robin Harrison. 36-year-old Harry Henke is charged with reckless endangerment and aiding a felon.
According to police, Harrison came home drunk on October 2nd, and Henke started beating and choking Harrison. When he passed out, authorities said Henke left and told Borland to, “finish the job.” Harrison was choked with an extension cord, and his body was in an alley the next day.
Both defendants are due back in court a week from Friday, when a judge will decide if there’s enough evidence to order trials. A quarter-million dollar bond was set for Borland, and a $100,000 bond for Henke.
