LUXEMBURG, Wis. (WTAQ) - A warning from the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade & Consumer Protection.

Luxemberg-based Otto's Meats is voluntarily recalling all processed, cooked meats produced this year due to possible underprocessing. All products carry Otto's Meats on the label and were made this year until the present. All items were sold at Otto's Meats retail store in Luxemburg. 

The problem was discovered during a routine inspection on October 8. Consumers who have these products should return them back to the store.

The big worry with underprocessing food products is the chance that possibly harmful bacteria could survive the cooking process. The state has received no reports of human illnesses from the consumption of the meat products.
