WINNEBAGO COUNTY, Wis. (WTAQ) - The man officials say led them on a high speed chase throughout the Fox Valley is now charged.

19-year-old Andrew Abresch is facing charges of first-degree reckless injury and being a vehicle operator fleeing an officer. Abresch had his bond set at $25,000 cash Friday. 

He was arrested Wednesday in Sheboygan after leading authorities on a chase Monday, which included hitting a person, driving into Lake Winnebago and stealing a car from Menasha. 

Abresch is due back in court next Thursday for his preliminary hearing.
