GREEN BAY, Wis. (WTAQ) - A federal grand jury has indicted a man following a shooting on the Menominee Indian Reservation.
30-year-old Donald Weso was arrested last month and charged with shooting a 28-year-old man after a house party.
According to the FBI, Weso and the victim were in Weso's vehicle, when the victim says he was ordered out. Weso then allegedly shot the victim several times and forced him in the trunk. Then he was taken to his girlfriend's father's house, where 911 was called.
After his arrest, Weso admitted to being with the victim, but didn't say who shot him or how the victim was injured. The victim confirms he was shot by someone he believes to be Weso.
