OSHKOSH, Wis. (WTAQ) - An Omro mother faces three charges in connection with her baby's death in an SUV. 

In court Friday, 27-year-old Kayla Westenberger was charged with first-degree reckless homicide, homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle and child neglect with the consequences being the child's death. 

Last Saturday, the body of 8-month-old Richard Westenberger was pulled from an SUV submerged in the Fox River.  Kayla was arrested the next day on suspicion of OWI.
