DE PERE, Wis. (WTAQ) - A house in De Pere is destroyed by fire Saturday. It happened just after 5 p.m. in the 600 block of Southern Star Lane. Neighbors called in the fire after seeing smoke coming from the back of the house, fire crews say.

All 3 people inside made it out safely. Investigators aren't sure what started the blaze, but are looking into the area where electrical boxes are located. Officials also say the fire damaged the side of a neighboring home.
