MANITOWOC COUNTY, Wis. (WTAQ) - Health officials in Manitowoc County have issued a caution for Red Arrow Beach because of high E. coli levels.
Officials say the recent heavy rains have contributed to the problem. The health department is awaiting test results to make a decision about continuing or lifting the caution.
