APPLETON, Wis. (WTAQ) - A Milwaukee woman is arrested in an undercover drug and prostitution investigation in Appleton. 

Police say 25-year-old Vegas Anthony was in a stolen vehicle and had marijuana Monday night when she was arrested. Officers also took a 16-year-old Milwaukee girl into custody for an outstanding escape warrant. 

The teen is currently in juvenile detention in Outagamie County, while Anthony is at the county jail.
