MILWAUKEE, Wis. (WTAQ) - Authorities in Milwaukee say the fire that destroyed the Pizza Man restaurant has been ruled arson. The blaze also destroyed 3 other businesses and several apartments above. Authorities have said they believe the fire started in the Black and White Cafe on the east end of the building. More than 150 firefighters were called to the January 19th fire. It caused about $3 million in damage. There's a $10,00 reward for information leading to an arrest in the case.
