GREEN BAY, Wis. (WTAQ) - We're learning more about a deadly crash on Green Bay's west side. Police believe one of the drivers was traveling at a high rate of speed, after a disturbance at Lucky 7's Tavern. Police Lt. Brad Florence says 25-year-old Mindy Dickerson pulled out onto Ashland Avenue around 10:45 Wednesday night, when she was struck by 21-year-old James Clark. Both died in the crash. A passenger, Stacy LeBoeuf, survived.
