HOUSTON (Reuters) - The fire is out at the San Joaquin Refining Co plant in Bakersfield, California, a fire department official said Thursday.

The fire was confined to two tanker trucks and storage tanks were safe at the 15,000 barrel-per-day specialty products refinery, a Kern County Fire Department spokesman said.
