GREEN BAY, Wis. (WTAQ) - A state appeals court upheld Dawn Ludwig's conviction for a fatal drunk driving crash. 

Ludwig was driving the wrong way on Highway 41 in Brown County in June 2006 - colliding with another vehicle, killing 2 people. She had a .20 BAC at the time and was sentenced to 16 years in prison. 

Ludwig appealed, calling the state's homicide by intoxicated use of a motor vehicle unconstitutional, and claiming her lawyer was ineffective.
