GREEN BAY, Wis. (WTAQ) - Veterans Day in northeast Wisconsin is being celebrated in a number of ceremonies. At the Brown County Veterans Memorial Complex, veterans got together to remember those killed, both over the years and last week in the Fort Hood massacre. County Executive Tom Hinz says it's a lesson not to take what America stands for lightly. Veterans also are worried about the lack of turnout by younger people and newly returning vets. A big reason they say is most are likely working during the day and are unable to attend.
