APPLETON, Wis. (WTAQ) - Did an Appleton Planned Parenthood clinic break the law? That's the accusation from a pro-life group who claims to have an undercover video of a doctor lying to a patient about abortion. Live Action says that the doctor told the patient that having an abortion is safer than giving birth, and that a fetus does not become a baby until its born. Planned Parenthood denies the claims and says they never give false information. Abortion clinics in Wisconsin are required to give factual information to patients, by law.
