There is a fundamental question nobody seems to want to ask; can men and women co-exist in the military without this being a problem? Should men behave this way? Of course not. But the reality is some men will take advantage of being in a control situation over women. The next question is this; is their reason to believe a disproportionate number of these men populate the military? I don't have the answer to that. But I think it's a fair question to ask whether this problem can be "solved," completely.
