The initial reaction of most conservatives is that this is nothing more than an effort to help Hillary Clinton's presidential prospects. But, does it? She's already seen as more centrist than anyone she might face in a primary challenge (Elizabeth Warren). Does she need to tack right of Obamacare? Or is it simply Bill Clinton getting to say Barack Obama was wrong. There is no love lost between the two. And getting past President Obama, think of the pressure this puts on a handful of Senate Democrats who are trying desperately to both run and hide from Obamacare?
