A Super Bowl ad you almost certainly didn't see on TV

That's because it's a two minute local spot for attorney Jamie Casino that ran in Savannah, Georgia. This ad raises a number of issues. First, he admits he use to defend criminals but his brother's death changed that and he now defends those that are defenseless. That is noble. But at the end of the day this is an ad for his legal services. Is he exploiting his brother's death for financial gain? I don't have the answer, I'm asking the question.
