The Packers first injury report in advance of Sunday's game against the Rams in St. Louis reads like the team's All-Pro nominees.  Aaron Rodgers was limited because of a calf injury sustained in Houston Sunday night.  Greg Jennings didn't work while still working through the nagging groin injury.  Alex Green, the new number one running back was limited with a sore shoulder, as was Jermichael Finley who hurt the shoulder in Indianapolis.  And that was just the offensive side of the ball.   On defense, D.J. Smith is already ruled out with his major knee injury, B.J. Raji didn't practice because of an ankle sprain suffered against the Colts.   Number one pick Nick Perry didn't work either with a knee injury.  The Packers said they are waiting for a knee brace to arrive before putting him on the field.  Sam Shields also watched with a shin and ankle injury suffered against the Texans.  Throw in D.J. Williams, a limited participant with his hamstring injury that occured in practice last week. Sean Richardson, limited off a month long hamstring pull and Davon House, encouragingly a full participant from a shoulder injury that has sidelined him all regular season. 

The Packers practice squad added two players today, wide receiver Jeremy Ross from Cal.  He was an undrafted free agent signed by New England a year ago, got cut, was picked up by the Colts and spent time on Indy's practice squad before getting released in August. The other name is a local boy who has done good. Defensive end Drew Vanderlin, who played his high school ball at Green Bay Southwest and collegiately at Michigan Tech, returns to town.  He was a free agent invited to the Pack's tryout camp in the spring but was released.  He had been working on the strength coaching staff at UW-Stevens Point waiting for the phone to ring and was thrilled to hear it was the Packers.  Vanderlin piled up 20 career sacks at Tech and was a two time all-conference player.
