The higher ups who run the LFL felt that people viewed their league as a gimmick instead of a legitimate sport.  Because they ARE RIGHT, they've decided to rebrand the league in hopes of being taken more seriously.  This means no more lingerie.  It also means they will start focusing more on the players football abilities and less on their sexual attractiveness.  Their new approach is crystal clear, just watch the promotional video below for the new league:

Yup, they aren't selling sex at all.  Nothing in the video suggests that fans should expect a sexualized product on the field.  I have no doubt they will be taken more seriously now.
