That's according to a joint House-Senate report quoted by the Washington Examiner. Younger individuals now paying a premium of $648 a year will be paying $1,872 once all of Obamacare is in place, a jump of 189%. According to the committees issuing the report new taxes and paperwork requirements are the culprit. One study says premiums will increase more than $7,000 over a decade.
