A C+ ruined her life? This thing is obviously frivolous from a million miles away. It's unimaginable to me that it didn't get tossed long before making it to trial. And consider this:
She is seeking damages, saying it is the money she would have earned if she had completed her previous degree and had the opportunity to be a state-certified counselor.
Wait, she would have earned 1.3 million dollars as a state certified counselor since 2009? And what's frightening about it is that a case this stupid could set the precedent of a judge changing a grade. Can you imagine the door this travesty would open?
