Hmmm. Chicago Alderman Joe Moreno claimed the concessions on how "Chick" would give money to were the result of extended negotiations. Was he making all of this up? Does "Chick" realize the people who turned out all over the Country on August 1st to support them would feel betrayed? And if Morene is telling truth won't he now accuse "Chick" of reneging?
