Sensenbrenner is spot on here about how ridiculous this mandate is as a solution to a problem created by the administration in the first place. But he's also right in how dangerous the precedent here is. The EPA can simply arbitrarily place a minimum on how much gasoline Americans can buy? And many motorcycle gasoline tanks hold less than the minimum.

And what about people trying to fill a two gallon can of gasoline. And if the EPA can do this on its own authority, what other rules of purchase can it mandate? This is absolutely frightening.
