So, a court says President Obama over reached in using an Executive Order to limit access to legal counsel to those being held at Gitmo. Whatever you think of the policy, this ruling is right when it says Obama doesn't have this authority. My question now is, when will conservatives take the administration to court over other Excecutive orders:
Chaning immigration law by executive fiat.
Changing Welfare reform legislation by executive fiat.
An executive order to establish "punishment equity" for minorities in school.
There are more, many, many more. If he's re-elected in November, the possibility of what he might do by exeuctive fiat when he doesn't face re-election is indeed frightening.
