The new Capitol Police Chief deserves praise for trying to clean up the mess of former Chief Charles Tubbs, who let the protesters have complete control of the Capitol. But after drawing a line in the sand, Chief David Erwin cannot back down now. It is time to take control of the Capitol again. We'll see what tomorrow brings.
