In the first MU Law School Poll of the U.S. Senate Race in Wisconsin, Tommy Thompson led Tammy Baldwin by 9 points. In a stunning turnaround, literally a turnaround, Baldwin led by 9 points in the second poll, a stunning 18 point swing. The third poll showed Baldwin up by 4, Thompson closing the gap. Yesterday's MU Law School Poll showed Thompson up by one, which really means the race is a tie.

So what does the Green Bay Press Gazette headline say? By the way, this headline was used in print and online. "Resurgent liberal????" Two polls back she had a 9 point lead and she's now down by one and that's "resurgent?" Thompson was up by 9, then down by 9 and now tied! That's resurgent!!!! I wonder if this is the brilliance of newly transplanted from Sheboygan Editor Mike Knuth making its presence felt in Green Bay???? Come'on Man!
