I suppose it is possible. The UW semester is under way, so students could certainly pad the crowd. On the other hand, after the "18,000" fiction for an Obama appearance at Milwaukee, it's healthy to be skeptical of any Obama crowd number. Besides, that would rival the unhinged Badger Act 10 crowds of 2011, which seems a little hard to believe.
