So says Charles Krauthammer and I agree. I also agree when he calls the offer an insult. Clearly President Obama has no reservations about going over the cliff. He's playing a game of chicken with the U.S. economy. Even as vague as his offer of cuts is, you can see how miniscule it would be. And he's not even etching those in stone. He's banking on Republicans being to afraid to walk. They need to walk.
