No, I doubt Cupp can sue for this, there is a clear disclaimer saying it's not real. I'm guessing this type of juvenile behavior is protected under free speech. I don't blame Cupp for being angry, furious, actually. But the disclaimer pretty much negates any legal action. The adults in the room, conservatives, often have to live with the childish, churlish behavior of the left.
