I received this robocall. Identifying with Walker is a smart move by Romney. The big concern is Wisconsinites are so pre-occupied with the recall they aren't paying attention to the Presidential primary, which could be one of Wisconsin's biggest in many election cycles. Tapping into what conservatives are fixated on is a good strategy. That's not say it's fair to Santorum, but a good strategy.
