I suppose, she's seen as the left's favorite bogey-woman, and she'll do as a target until he has an actual Republican opponent. But even granting all of that this seems out of left field. She's hasn't been in the center of presidential politics so far this year. But these comments are in response to college-era video of President Obama released last week. The easy thing to do would be to ignore the entire release. Instead he felt he had to attack Palin over her reaction ot that video. Interesting.
