This was one of my easier predictions. When we took this up on the air I said there was no way the State Supreme Court was going to tell circuit court judges what to do in their courtrooms. It's accepted that judges have absolute authority over decorum and comportment in their courts. I believe the judges are violating the spirit of the law here, but what goes on in their courts is always up to them. I also think their reasoning is irrational; they have nothing to fear from a DA carrying a gun.
