Conventional wisdom says yes. I'm surprised there was so much anticipation for today's rulings because even I knew it wasn't today. Based on some public musings by Justice Ginsburg, I'm pretty sure it'll be 5-4, either the mandate or the whole thing falls. I predicted on the air a complete strike down, but that could be wishful thinking on my part.
