A very entertaining read, but also very much on the mark. As a group, they still don't know what they don't know. Former Governor Lee Dreyfus famously said(at least famous in Wisconsin) "Madison, Wisconsin is 30 square miles surrounded by reality." It has never been truer than it is right now.
The left are stunned that the rest of the state didn't have their back in the recall. They're looking for every possible explanation for their defeat, except for the one Blaska points out here: a majority of Wisconsin outside Fantasyland doesn't agree with them. Scott Walker won 60 of 72 counties. 100% turnout in Milwaukee and Dane counties would not have been enough to save Tom Barrett.
They don't know what they don't know. That is great news for conservatives.
