He says with his daughter in remission, a sicker child should get the trip. He has a point that "Make a Wish," by it's very construction, is to honor what very well be the last wish of a child. But the trip was postponed twice because she was too sick to go and remission doesn't mean cured. Given the nature of his relationship with the mother, one wonders if there aren't ulterior motives here.
