Libs wanted JoAnne Kloppenburg to challenge in court her recount in the state Supreme Court race last year. Even she realized how pointless that would be. There are legitimate questions in this race and of course libs now say "move along citizens, nothing to see here."  I love how Lehman says:

"We have a long history of close elections in Racine," Lehman said at a Thursday news conference at the state Capitol. "But for somebody ... to stretch that and to say that, 'We want to keep talking about this as some kind of a fraudulent situation,' is just really inappropriate.

And Lehman says suggestions of fraud are an "insult" to Racine poll workers. I don't know. hundreds of voters failed to sign the supplemental voter list. Perhaps thousands. Sounds like a big deal to me. Remember this gem from the Supreme Court race?  Tell me again how we're not playing with a stacked deck???
