Cullen Not Running in Recall

As a friend put it, he figured out he's broke and nobody is going to give him money. A bit harsh, perhaps, and not Cullen's exact words, but close enough. With Cullen out, it seems likely that it will be either a Falk/ Barrett primary, or she runs alone. Walker will beat either, but Falks is probably the easier race of the two. Dave Obey desperately wants to be asked to the dance, but no one is asking. Without naming names he's made it clear he doesn't think Falk can win. 

Several people have asked me if I believe the libs can persuade former Senator Russ Feingold to run. A source with personal contact with Feingold told me it's absolutely not going to happen.
