I have to agree with him on this, although I think he's using the bogus $5.2 million GAB cost figure as an out. This broke near the end of the show today and a caller disagreed with me when I said I thought Governor Walker was doing the right thing here.

It's clear the GAB, other libs and their accomplices in the MSM will continue to demagouge the bejesus out of this issue, in an attempt to not only derail it, but the rest of the Governor's agenda for the 2013-14 session. Between the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel and the AP Wisconsin, there is a new story every day in most papers around the state how terrible this would be. It's simply not worth the trouble. Yes, it's a good idea, but not worth train wrecking every other reform item in the hopper now.

Now, if you were talking Right to Work, I'd feel differently. I wish Republicans would pass that; the governor WILL sign that bill if they do. Besides, Republicans can live to fight another day on this issue.
