No, Wisconsin isn't #1, but it's in the top ten. Given our binge drinking placement and that we are one of the biggest craft brew states in the country, I am surprised we're not higher on the list per capita. Apparently beer is facing stiff competition from wine and hard liquor in Wisconsin.
